Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. This full-time role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with expertise in B2B sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through both inside and outside sales efforts.


As a Senior BDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, closing high-value deals, and managing relationships with key decision-makers. The role requires travel to meet clients in person and develop strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify business opportunities through inside and outside sales efforts.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.

  • Travel to job sites and client offices to strengthen relationships and close deals.

  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closing, and maintain accurate records in CRM.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute growth strategies and drive revenue.


Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.

  • Demonstrated success closing high-value deals in complex sales environments.

  • Experience in inside and outside sales, with a willingness to travel to meet clients.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.

  • Experience in the construction or staffing industry is a plus.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools for managing leads and pipeline activities.
